The Program
Waypoint Foundational Care (WFC) is an add-on benefit to help ensure the health of your infrastructure. Waypoint assesses and applies updates and patches to bios, firmware, and software once a quarter. The team will also review error logs quarterly and send a report on what was done with any recommendations beneficial for your organization. WFC is available for servers, hypervisors*, storage, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
*Current hypervisors included are VMWare, Hyper-V, and Nutanix
